Guangdong Changsheng Electric Expands with New Manufacturing Plant, Total Investment of 84.48 Million RMB!
On February 9th, the public trading project located in Xingtan Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, successfully sold to Guangdong Changsheng Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. The plot of land, situated on the west side of Guanghua Deyan Avenue, covers an area of 11.73 acres and will be used for the construction of Changsheng's intelligent household appliance manufacturing base. This is a local high-quality capital expansion project that settled in Xingtan again after the Meitusi project on February 3rd, demonstrating the speed and efficiency of attracting large businesses to Xingtan. It also showcases the confidence and determination of local high-quality enterprises to establish roots in Shunde and Xingtan.
The total investment for Changsheng's intelligent household appliance manufacturing base is 84.48 million yuan. The project plans to build an advanced intelligent home appliance production base with a construction area of about 21,000 square meters. By adopting the approach of "technological upgrading + intelligent manufacturing," the project aims to respond to the call for transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries, enhancing the company's productivity and brand strength. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation next year, with an estimated increase in annual sales revenue of 120 million yuan and an additional tax contribution of over 7.038 million yuan (tax intensity of 600,000 yuan per acre), further strengthening the Xingtan intelligent home industry cluster. Since last year, Xingtan has already allocated 2,091 acres of industrial land (including the Meitusi project). Going forward, Xingtan will continue to promote the manufacturing industry with high quality, accelerate the integration of over 2,000 acres of industrial land, and lead the whole society in daring to innovate, contribute to Shunde's efforts to build the "most friendly manufacturing strong zone."
